Cyril is Chair of the PIDG Ltd. Audit Committee and a member of the Boards of the Emerging Africa Infrastructure Fund and GuarantCo. Cyril is also a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of Barclays Bank Mauritius Limited; a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of Sanlam Africa Core Real Estate Investments Limited; a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Mainland Real Estate Limited and a Non-Executive Director & Chair of the Audit Committee of Avanz Growth Markets Limited. He studied at Manchester University and has a BSc (Hons) in Physics and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Fellow of the Institute of Directors in Mauritius. He is a Mauritian national and lives in Mauritius.
