Lasitha has been Chief Executive Officer at GuarantCo since 2017 and has been with the company from 2009 as Chief Investment Officer and Executive Director responsible for GuarantCo’s investment activities globally. Prior to joining GuarantCo, Lasitha was an Investment Director of Total Capital, a private equity fund, where he was responsible for new investments and represented the fund on the Boards of portfolio companies in the UK and the Nordic region. He started his career at Barclays Capital, where he worked in a variety of debt capital market roles in London and New York for nearly ten years. Lasitha holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the University of Bristol.
